Client – Respondology
How did Respondology transform its brand and website in under two months, just in time for one of their biggest events?
With a major appearance at Social Media Week approaching, the team needed their digital presence to reflect who they had become: a growing, enterprise-ready platform.

The need
Respondology had outgrown its brand.
Playful visuals and elements defined who they were in early days, but with time, their platform began to reflect the sophistication of their ever evolving product.

Though they initially serviced startups, the company had expanded its offering to now serve enterprise clients, as well.
All the while, a critical deadline loomed.
It was February, and April’s Social Media Week was on the horizon. Respondology expected a surge in visibility and traffic at the event. So they needed to update their brand and website — fast.
The challenge
This wasn’t just a redesign, it was a race against time.
The team needed strideUX to help update their site in a way that repositioned their brand thoughtfully and maintained consistency throughout every page.
Additionally, Respondology didn’t have design or development resources on their marketing team, so strideUX was to own every aspect of the project, from start to finish.
All with no room for delay, the conference was happening whether they were ready or not.
The team
StrideUX embedded designers and developers within Respondology’s marketing department to deliver both strategic direction and hands-on execution. So from brand exploration to final deployment, the team operated as Respondology’s full design and web execution arm.

The process
StrideUX led discovery through inspiration gathering, mood boards, and early explorations in color and typography. This helped lock in a clear direction quickly to enable speed later. Once established, everything accelerated.

A custom design system in Figma became the foundation for the entire project. After finalizing the homepage, the team rapidly extended the system across product and pricing pages.

Visually, the shift was dramatic: playful illustrations transformed into clean product-focused design and decorative elements were replaced with structured, feature-driven layouts. Overall, the site changed from startup-focused to enterprise-ready.

The outcome
Respondology launched a completely reimagined website, and just in time.
The new experience reflects a company that has evolved:
- Cleaner, more sophisticated design
- Stronger alignment with product capabilities
- A cohesive system ready to scale

Perhaps most impressive was the speed.
What looks like a 6-month rebrand was delivered in under 2.
Beyond the visuals, strideUX helped Respondology establish a foundation they can continue building on as their team grows internally.
