What is an agency subscription?
It's very similar to any standard subscription service. You pay a monthly payment to access the full array of strideUX services. Some of the benefits include no hourly reporting, no long-term contracts, and the ability to pause or cancel in minutes based on internal priorities unique to your business.
How do I know strideUX is right for my business?
Our agency subscription is the perfect fit for businesses that have ongoing roadmaps, particularly as it relates to digital products or services.

We aim to offer all our clients complete peace of mind, knowing they have a full suite of creative and product design professionals at their fingertips, all for one monthly payment. Where do I begin and how do I start my subscription?
It all starts with a discovery call. This gives us a chance to get to know one another, discuss your business, and talk about your potential projects. We may delve into current challenges and do a high-level walk-through of your current roadmap.
If we feel our team is the right fit for you and your goals, we will begin the onboarding process. You will be sent a link to start your subscription, and we’re off to the races!
What does unlimited requests mean?
If you have a need or task to be completed, just ask. Our team will work to prioritize your backlog and collaborate with you closely to align with your internal scope. You are not bound by hourly estimates and can ask for whatever you want (from our list of services, of course), with no limit to these requests.
What are concurrent tasks and how do they work?
These are requests that can be worked on in tandem. Currently, we allow two at any given time for both marketing and product tiers, and we allow for three on the combined tier. The important thing to note is that this is something that you as the client will rarely have to think about. The only thing that matters to us is prioritization. Your more urgent needs get tackled first. As requests are completed, the prioritized requests continue to be cycled through the chain.
You can follow along on your strideUX task board to see our progress, but you can rest assured that we will manage your ongoing requests and communicate with you regarding their status and deadlines.
How fast do my projects or requests get delivered?
Some tasks take a short time, sometimes even being delivered within a few days. Some may be longer, for example, an entire website rebuild, a large-scale video animation, or product prototypes. However, you will always have full transparency into the status of your project throughout the week.
What's the difference between a project and a request?
Requests are anything you need as it relates to our services. This could be a larger project or a simple task. Most of the time, a group of tasks form the building blocks of a larger project or outcome.
If we look at the example of a customer-facing website, the project is building a website, and the desired outcome is to generate new leads. There are many tasks that make up the structure of a successful project. This sequence can be more or less complex based on the client's specific needs, but you can see that any project can be systematically broken down into tasks.
At strideUX, we have decades of experience that has allowed us to craft what we call tracks, which is the breakdown of these tasks. Whether we are collaborating to solve a unique problem or working on a project, everything happens in a well-organized sequence.
How does the project management add-on work?
We offer a bespoke add-on to any of our main subscription tiers that gives you the ultimate superpower: time better spent on things important to the growth of your business. We call it Wayfinder.
With Wayfinder, we will work with you closely to manage your internal scope, roadmapping, prioritization, and the development of strategy for creative needs. Simply put, we move things along for you. Pairing Wayfinder with our team of creatives is the best way to get a unique offer not found anywhere else.
What tools does strideUX work with and how do we communicate?
We mainly use Slack internally and externally for async communication. Some clients prefer other platforms like Microsoft Teams, which we can easily accommodate. Our goal is to always provide an open line for collaboration and discussion. We also have experience in other great SaaS tools you and your team might use.
Whatever tool we choose, we always do our best to ensure we are a seamless extension of your team. We offer a 1:1 sync each week with our clients as a way to stay aligned on progress, address anything important, or ask questions.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. You can change your subscription at any time during our engagement. This means upgrading, downgrading, or adding on to your subscription. You can manage your subscription at any time from inside your client portal.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
All of our subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by managing it from inside your client portal.
